Rules for Zamyslet.cz

Terms of use and personal data protection (hereinafter referred to as PUOOU).
Zamyslet.cz is a public website and pages and their content is immediately visible and searchable worldwide. We give you non-public methods of communication and you can also use Zamyslet.cz under a pseudonym, ie nickname, if you do not want to use your name.
When you use our services on Zamyslet.cz, you can share information with us, such as your e-mail address, telephone number, contacts in the directory, public profile and more. We use this information to secure things like keeping your account secure and displaying more relevant events and ads.
You have full control over your account, and your settings allow you to restrict the information we collect, and you can edit or correct all information or delete your account at any time.
If you have questions about this policy of how we collect or process your personal information, or anything else that relates to our privacy practices, please contact us at any time.
Who can use the services? Everyone can read and write and has access to the Internet.
Content of services
You are responsible for your use of the Services and for all content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations. You should only provide content that you can share with others.
Any use or reliance on any content or materials posted through or obtained through the Services is at your own risk. We do not endorse, support, represent or warrant the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy or reliability of any content or communications posted through the Services or acknowledge the views expressed through the Services. You understand that by using the Services, you may be exposed to content that may be offensive, harmful, inaccurate or otherwise inappropriate, or in some cases, posts that have been flagged incorrectly or otherwise fraudulently. All content is the sole responsibility of the person who created such content. We may not monitor or control the content published through our services and we cannot take responsibility for such content.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates applicable Czech laws, such as copyright or trademark infringement, impersonation, infringement, or harassment.
Our services are constantly evolving. As such, services may change from time to time at our discretion. We may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services or any features within the Service to you or to users in general. We also reserve the right to set limits on use and storage at any time in our sole discretion. We may also remove or deny distribution of any content within the Service, suspend or terminate users, and recover usernames without liability to you.
As the Zamyslet.cz system provides access to and use of the Services, you agree that Zamyslet.cz operators and its providers and third party partners may advertise on the content and services or in connection with the display of content or information from the services and others. You also agree not to abuse our services, for example, by interfering with or accessing our services other than through the interfaces and instructions we provide. You may not do any of the following while accessing or using the Services: 
(1) unauthorized access to and manipulation of these services or use of non-public areas of services, computer systems or technical supplies of Zamyslet.cz service providers 
(2) Probe, scan or test for vulnerabilities in any system or network or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures. 
(3) You access or search or attempt to access the Services or search for them by any means (automated or otherwise) other than through our currently available, published interfaces, which are provided within the Zamyslet.cz website 
(4) Create any TCP / IP packet headers or any part of the header information in any e-mail or send, or use the services in any way to send altered, misleading or false resource identification information.

(6) We reserve the right to access, read, store and disclose any information that we believe is necessary to satisfy any applicable laws, regulations, legal processes or governmental requirements, detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or technical problems, respond to requests for user support or protect the rights, property or security of the Zamyslet.cz project, its users and the public. 
(7) We control and actively intervene against the sending of a virus, congestion, flooding, spamming, bombardment of postal services or scripting of content creation in a way that disrupts or creates an unnecessary burden on the services. 
The operator Zamyslet.cz does not provide personal data to third parties!
We also reserve the right to access, read, store and disclose any information we believe is necessary to satisfy any applicable laws, regulations, legal processes or governmental requirements. 
Detect, prevent or otherwise resolve fraud, security or technical issues, respond to requests for user support or protect the rights, property or safety of the Zamyslet.cz project, its users and the public.
Your Account
You will have to create an account to make full use of the services of the Zamyslet.cz system. You are responsible for the security of your account, so use a strong password and limit its use to this account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your failure to comply with the foregoing.
If you've added your phone number to your account and later change or deactivate that phone number, you'll need to update your account information to prevent communication with someone who got your old number.
Termination of services - account cancellation
You can terminate your Zamyslet.cz account at any time by deactivating the accounts and interrupting the use of the services. 
We may suspend or terminate our account or stop providing all or part of the Services to you at any time for any reason. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you to the email address associated with your account or the next time you try to access your account, as the case may be.
The user expressly declares that he will not use the information, community website and applications on the Zamyslet.cz internet address for any business purposes or practices that contravene the laws of the Czech Republic, the European Union, the USA or other countries. 
Complaints Procedure 
All complaints are governed by the Complaints Procedure set out in this article.
All responsibility for the use of the website / application Zamyslet.cz is on the user's side, the administrator does not bear any responsibility. The administrator is also not responsible for the user not receiving the registration confirmation for reasons on the part of the user, especially because it will not be possible to deliver the confirmation e-mail to the user (eg overcrowded mailbox, incorrectly set spam filter, mail, etc.).
In the event that the user is not provided with paid services, he is entitled to request the commissioning of paid services. For these purposes, the user is obliged to provide the administrator with any information from the account he provided in the registration or payment identification data. Otherwise, the user acknowledges that the administrator is unable to trace the claimed service.
In the event that the Zamyslet.cz system operator cancels the services paid for by the user without the user canceling his registration, unless otherwise agreed, the administrator will return the user's payment in full as follows: 
(a) in the case of electronic payment, the fee shall be refunded through the payment gateway through which the payment was made;
b) in case of PRSMS payment or bank transfer, the fee will be refunded by transfer to the user's bank account.
FINAL PROVISIONS
The administrator is entitled, in case of violation of any of the provisions of these Terms of Use and Protection of Personal Data (PUOOU) by the user, cancel the user's registration, block his IP address, etc. In this case the user has no right to compensation, fees or compensation for paid services.
Should any of the provisions of these PUOOUs prove invalid or ineffective, this shall not affect the validity and effectiveness of other provisions of these PUOOUs which are severable from the invalid or ineffective provision. The operator of the Zamyslet.cz website is entitled to change these PUOOUs at any time, the user will be informed of any change. The user, if he does not agree with the change, has the right to reject the change PUOOU and terminate the registration or contractual relationship. PUOOUs come into force by their publication.
All provisions of these PUOOUs and any contractual relationship between the user and the administrator are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
In the event of a legal relationship between the administrator and the user, these PUOOUs form an integral part of the contract concluded between the administrator and the user and the user, by paying a fee, simultaneously confirms that he has read and expressly acknowledges and agrees with these PUOOUs. PUOOUs are part of a contractual agreement between him and the operator of the Zamyslet.cz system.
